Who We Are... The Fun Bunch Ladies!

     The newly established Fun Bunch is not an official spouses club, and, as its name implies, the emphasis is on fun, and the atmosphere is very casual.  We plan to meet about once a month, preferably during weekends. We are all about networking, sharing experiences, and getting the most out of our time in this great Navy community.  We hope to generate a sense of camaraderie, and to establish friendships which will endure throughout the course of our Navy careers and beyond.

     We had our first get-together on February 8th, at Admiral Andy and Sharon Brown's Quarters at NASNI, and everyone had a wonderful time.  We are still working on our March event, and I will let you know once we finalize the details.

     We are open to any suggestions you may have concerning things to do and venues we can use to hold our events. Please e-mail me your input.

     Also, we are collecting the names of spouses that wish to contacted via email when we have events.  Please enter your name and email address below.  The Fun Bunch will not give out your email to any person or organization and the form entries come straight to me.

We are also associated with the Naval Officer's Spouses Club in San Diego (NOSC).  NOSC is a private, non-profit organization devoted to the support of military service personnel and their family members throughout San Diego County. They promote the interests of the active duty and retired military community in the San Diego area. They also organize social, cultural and charitable activities.  Please contact them via the link (logo) to the right for more information and a calendar of their upcoming activities.
