LTJG Starnes is currently serving as the Logistics OIC for the JSOTF-P in Zamboanga, Philippines.   She is directly responsible for supervising and coordinating the Logistics Department (J4) day-to-day operations, administration, and support functions, managing 9 enlisted members from all service branches. In charge of management and execution of Joint Special Operations Task Force, Philippines (JSOTF-P) budget, in excess of $2M.  Food Service Officer for the Dining Facility (DFAC) which serves over 300 personnel daily.
